SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer (RTE) (akce již proběhla)

Learn about the role of the Release Train Engineer and the Agile Release Train processes.

In this course, you will learn how to act as a "servant leader" and coach capable of building high-performing Agile Release Trains (ARTs) that deliver end-to-end business value. Over the course of three days, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a company implementing SAFe®.

Through hands-on exercises, you will practice facilitating ART processes, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters towards an Agile mindset. You will learn how to prepare, plan and execute PI Planning - a ceremony that is the primary means of alignment at all levels of the SAFe® organisation.

Organisation of training:

A SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) certified by Scaled Agile, Inc. will guide you through the course.

The course is interactive, combining official SAFe® training materials, hands-on exercises and sharing the lecturer’s real-world experience with implementing SAFe® principles in large companies operating in the Czech Republic.

Certification requirements:

Participation in the course entitles you to take the globally recognised SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification exam. The course fee covers one attempt to pass the exam.

Passing the certification exam should take place online within 30 calendar days of completing the course.

    • Multi-site PI Planning Facilitation

Lecturers:

Milan Drbohlav, Senior Consultant, Agile Coach
Milan is a skilled professional with experience in agile organisation implementation and agile transformation from various industries including automotive and banking.

He has over seven years of experience implementing agile principles in large global companies, working on transformation from project to product management as well as scaling agile principles at both
the programme and portfolio level. 

Jiří Drbohlav, Senior Consultant, Agile Coach
Jiří is a senior consultant with extensive experience particularly in the banking and manufacturing industry.

As a project manager, he has been involved in a number of projects both strategic (mergers, acquisitions, creation of new business strategies), and business and technical (ERP implementation, technical and business implementation of new GDPR rules, BankID). Over the last five years, he has been concentrating on the implementation of agile principles in large companies, where he has worked in various agile roles, also focusing on training, and sharing know-how in this area.
