Isabelle Pernegger - Partner at Deloitte Germany, where she heads the Transaction Diligence practice in Nuremberg and Berlin with a focus on private and private equity clients. With nearly 20 years of expertise in M&A Transaction Services and a background as a German Public Accountant and Tax Advisor, she leads complex cross-border deals across Southern and Eastern Europe. Her extensive track record includes acting as engagement partner for major international players in the industrial, automotive, and energy infrastructure sectors.

Horst W. Heinzl, M.C.L. - Head of Czech Desk in Germany, Counsel at Deloitte Legal and a licensed German attorney specializing in corporate law and transnational M&A transactions. With over 16 years of experience, he has built an extensive track record in managing the entire deal lifecycle, from conducting due diligence to negotiating complex transaction documentation for both buy-side and sell-side clients. Beyond traditional M&A, he leverages his expertise to lead cross-border corporate restructurings and post-merger integrations.

Jaroslaw Czernek - Investment Partner, Rockaway Capital, overseeing Invia’s entry into the German market through the acquisition of Unister travel assets from insolvency and their integration into Invia.cz.

Kryštof Dvořáček - Project Manager, RUDOLF JELÍNEK a.s., responsible for the strategic acquisition of a majority stake in a company owning a distillery in Berlin and the group’s entry into the German market.
