Speakers:

Kateřina Lesch – Kateřina is a senior manager in the field of data analytics, specializing in the analysis of unstructured data. As part of her academic activities and client projects, she has long been involved in automatic natural language processing and machine learning on large volumes of data. She has more than 10 years of experience in semantic analysis of texts from various domains, from the financial vertical to telecommunications to data analysis in forensic investigations. She is also an expert in the business use of text data and the direct use of extracted information to streamline business processes.

Hana Gawlasová – Hana is a partner and head of the Digital department at Deloitte Legal in Prague. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of information technology and telecommunications law. She has considerable experience with regulatory as well as transactional work. Before joining Deloitte Legal, she led a regional TMT team at a British law firm, which focused on coordinated advice to foreign and Czech investors in the TMT sector in the CEE region. Before joining Deloitte Legal, she founded a practice called People & Technology, which primarily deals with legal advice in areas where a human element (humanware) is decisive, such as advice in the field of privacy, compliance, copyright and artificial intelligence.

David Sýkora – David is an attorney-at-law and manager in the Digital department at Deloitte Legal in Prague, who specializes in the legal areas related to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Intellectual Property (IP). He focuses mainly on commercial contracts and projects, to which he is able to bring his expertise in legal issues concerning new ICT technologies, licensing, intellectual property matters and electronic contracting. He has outstanding experience with global negotiations of software-related agreements (such as EULA, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Cloud Managed Services, PoC, tailored software development) as well as cross-border partnership and distribution agreements.
